Manual Lymph Drainage

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to reduce swelling and support your body’s natural healing process. Your lymphatic system normally moves fluid (called lymph) through a network of vessels and lymph nodes. But when this system is disrupted often after certain health conditions or surgeries like breast cancer treatment fluid can build up in the arms, legs, or other areas, causing uncomfortable swelling known as lymphedema.
