Arriving Prepared

Wear Loose, Comfortable Clothing

Please dress in loose-fitting clothing that’s easy to put on and take off. This makes getting ready before and after your session smooth and stress-free, especially if your massage includes oils or lotions.

Come Clean and Fresh

For everyone’s comfort, arrive clean and free of heavy perfumes or scents. A quick rinse beforehand not only helps with hygiene, it also allows your muscles to warm up and relax more easily.

Phone & Device Etiquette

Silence, Please

To maintain a peaceful environment for both you and the therapist, please silence or turn off your phone before entering the treatment room. Vibrations, notifications, and alerts can interrupt your ability to relax.

Avoid Phone Use During the Session

For your safety and for the best therapeutic results, phone use, texting, scrolling, watching videos, or taking calls, is not permitted during the massage. Movement and screen engagement can interfere with your body’s ability to fully relax and also disrupt the flow of the session.
Your massage time is meant to be an opportunity to disconnect and recharge, let yourself enjoy it.

Comfort & Professional Draping

Your Privacy Is Always Protected

You will be professionally draped with sheets for the entire session. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered, while the rest of your body remains secure and covered at all times. This ensures warmth, privacy, and complete professionalism.

Dress Down to Your Comfort Level

You may undress to whatever level feels comfortable for you. Some clients keep their underwear on; others prefer to remove it for optimal access to certain muscle groups. Both options are completely acceptable, what matters most is that you feel safe and at ease.

A Relaxing, Respectful Experience

Your comfort is the top priority. At any point during your session, if you feel too warm, too cool, or would like adjustments to pressure or positioning, simply let your therapist know. Open communication ensures your massage is exactly what you need.
